Slow down with a sloth! Enjoy a session of mindful practice in the presence of this gentle animal. Learn what mindfulness means and how to find stillness in every moment. During the session, we will discuss the mental and physical benefits of incorporating mindfulness into your life. We will practice breath work, guided meditation, and ways to experience fullness of gratitude no matter your surroundings.
After the session, guests will have an opportunity get up close and personal with our baby sloth Jax.
We will also be making essential oil rollerballs to take home. The rollerball can be used to help remind individuals to pause, breathe and be in the moment, helping to reduce anxiety and stress.
NOTE: Please dress comfortably and remember to bring your own mat and water bottle. Please be sure to sign our participation waiver before you arrive.
